Optifly is building deep tech products that unlock profitability in airlines. With our first product, Optifly Schedule, airlines are able to build schedules 10x faster and 10% more profitably. Good asset utilisation for our airline partners reduces costs and increases demand.
We are a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary, and multi-national team of data scientists, engineers and business people working towards one shared goal of expanding airlines horizons by unlocking their potential across the world.
We are a remote-first company, we believe that work is what you do, not where you sit.
You will experience a collaborative and flat culture, where titles are less valued than delivering outcomes that impact and move the dial. We want you to have what you need to hit the ground running, so you will get the necessary kit to help you do your best work. During onboarding, you will meet the entire team, learn about our market leading product and get under the hood of our Grow and Scale strategy.
